Shipping a chandelier to France

A buyer has purchased a chandelier, but received a message that GS do not ship to Tarn-et-Garonne in the Occitania region of France

I contacted Customer service and was transfered to someone 'higher up' but received the message

GSP may not ship to that particular location, and that i need to cancel the order and list it again with more International shipping options

I am totally baffled as to what to do

Im hoping someone who has posted to France can advise me

Even though it's not mentioned in their prohibited list, the GSP won't ship a lot of glass items.

You'll need to cancel the order and then relist with your own shipping method to France (I think you may have trouble finding one who covers glass that's not going to cost the earth).  

Edit to add: I can't see a sold chandelier, just a live listing for a lovely Laura Ashley rose one? If that's the one and I change my location to France, it tells me to contact the seller:

Check item description or contact seller for postage options.

I honestly wouldn't ship that internationally.
