Send Offers Page Not Working?

Today I decided to send an offer to potential "watchers"... 

 

It is showing as offer sent to buyers, but when you click on it there is nothing showing as sent, and when you try to view offers history it takes you to the item purchases history?

 

Is this " page" broken and has anyone else experienced this?

Theirs problems with the app. I can't bid it see postal addresses for sold items. I've notified eBay under a technical issue. Go to the dreaded cs chat & notify them 👍. Best of luck Paul
