I have recently put three items for sale on eBay for the first time. However as I haven’t done this before I was given the option of also putting said items for auction for a week.
Somewhere along the line I have not entered the selling details correctly and even though the actual price of the items was clear to see, the bidding price was almost 1% of the actual price displayed. An error has occurred and I’m told by many emails that they have been sold and that they require my bank details ASAP. I cannot contact eBay by phone and speak to a person to explain, instead I have had to trawl through pages to find some way of emailing to eBay about this issue, twice. But all I get is the items are sold give us your bank details etc. is there anyone out there that might know how to resolve this problem please.

Looks like you haven't registered for eBay's Managed Payments correctly.
Here we go:
You need to provide eBay with details of a bank account and have this account verified. The usual method here, is for eBay to send 2 micro deposits into that nominated bank account for you to receive, and confirm to eBay.
Once this is completed, you will be able to list items for sale, and receive payouts from those sales.
This will show you how to register for eBay's Managed Payments.

If there is an issue with the registration contact eBay Customer Services, who have full access to your account, and can see where the issue lies and explain the steps you now need to take.
Contact them this way.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays
9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.
Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.
I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

if you sell again ( once your payment details have been sorted out) list items for auction starting at your minimum price you are happy to let them go for.
You could choose to just list as a buy it now price. It looks as though you may have listed your items with both, auction and buy it now, which means once you have a bid, the BIN price will disappear and they will just go to auction.
