Has anyone successfully sold a large item via the Simple Delivery process for large items ie requiring DHL? If so, please can you list the exact roles and responsibilities for both the seller and buyer. Who requests DHL to collect? I've been waiting 4 days for collection. Each time I open the sale confirmation I see that delivery is overdue and the collection date has changed. Should I have done something?
