Sale and Simple Delivery

Hi,

Just come back to Ebay after being away for a couple of months. Have made a sale using the simple delivery option. Is it normal not to get an email now when you make a sale? Received an email when I went and got the label and told Ebay to send me the label in an email - but other than that no email regarding the sale, is this the normal now?

You might need to go into your account settings, then look at the heading Account Preferences then in the list below Communication Preferences. Click on Communication Preferences and on the page that takes you to look at the Seller section for Selling Activity, click on edit to the right of the page, then it will bring up a list of different notifications you can get, one will be Item Sold. Make sure that is checked if you want notifications when you get a sale.
