SD (Sorry :( ) Now I am really confused Regarding LL

Now I am really confused! I remember a less than a week ago that the SD page @ https://www.ebay.co.uk/sellercentre/postage/simple-delivery

Changed to state LL would be excluded if they were below £10

It was definitely there. I remember cheering and raising my hands in celebration!

Now that wording has disappeared!! There has definitely been yet another alteration. 

It is now back to only mentioning letters. *bleep* is going on?

This is important to whether I delete 100s of DVDs/CDs or keep them on!

The answer from Ebay still seems to be Yes No 😂😂😂😂

If  your DVDs and cds are under 100g and under a tenner you must be able to send them as large letter because they don’t fit in a letter envelope  otherwise why have eBay said you can opt out if SD when listing them

Indeed.

I have seen the list of categories and sub-cats of items that are excluded from S.D. as long as they fit into a letter.

(list posted by both @sml192  and @tommystrezures )

Unfortunately many of those items won't fit into, or would never by posted in, a normal letter...... (things like CDs, Lego bricks, DVDs, ornaments, etc). ??

(I started dreaming about different sized envelopes last night........ can't imagine why....)

My whole point is that LL was there last week. I read it...and I no longer know what is going on??

LL was there last week alright but only because it said LLs must go via simple delivery

Firstly @lucy_farmer  those are worrying times, dreaming about envelopes...... were they padded or not  😁

@thecrowmanuk  you aren't the only one who know longer knows whats going on.

I give up with simple delivery, its a bit like Southampton's defence this season, poor at best and the goalposts keep moving, so for most of us its guess work. The guidance pages keep changing so what you saw last week may well have changed. But in football y terms you never know there may be an own goal and what you saw last week may re appear!!

Sorry, that is from a few weeks ago. A few days ago, it absolutely said that LL would be excluded. It was both in the text at the top and the SD exclusion below. Someone else will hopefully back me up. It was definitely there.
