First and foremost this is not a criticism of others as I have experienced the following myself.
If one lists 200 items as But It Now for one month and achieves 10 sales which equates to 5%.
Yes I know it’s a personal decision but time, unsold items plus the current uncertainty existing on eBay is it worthwhile ?
Very much like car boot sales where you probably will sell a fraction of what you initially take.

If the items are higher value, then 5% may be okay for you.

I probably sell 3 or 4 items a week, which is about 5% of what I list.
Most of my items are relisted items so relisting them takes very little time.
These are mainly items I don't want and no longer use, (I do still treat all of my jewellery as 'mine' and I do wear things I have listed on Ebay if I want to) so it doesn't matter how many or how few items I sell in a week.
Is it worthwhile?
Sales this week of about £20, for items I don't want. It is absolutely worthwhile. For a pensioner on a fixed income with constantly rising expenditure, that £20 is definitely worth having.
The effort I put into selling on Ebay is minimal and, unlike with a car boot sale, I can 'Ebay' while drinking coffee and watching the TV.

"is it worth it" is a decision for you. Depends how much time it's taking you, how much money are you getting from it, are there other options to sell the items for similar prices, how badly do you want the items gone, do you see it as a bit of fun/supports a hobby or more of a chore.
It looks like all of your current ~40 listings are under £10. Personally I generally don't bother to list items under £10 now as after fees and postage I get little back so it doesn't seem worth it to me - I tend to donate such items or sell them to an exchange shop (small electricals such as cables, computer components etc.). But if it's worth it to you then keep going.
