As title says Royal Mail 3 late deliveries in same week.
Ask them what is the problem no service issues they say.
I disagree, i dont sell loads and the 3 equate to 10% of deliveries for me.
Anyone else getting late items deliveries sold or bought.
I'd like to get a feel for the figures before i write to them.

Just one that I know of in September as the buyer reached out to chase it up. It was a 2nd class letter posted last Monday and delivered Saturday. The buyer lives in Devon so I am guessing the bad weather down south does explain that one.
Amazingly I sent a RM International Standard LL to Madrid the week before and the buyer left feedback confirming receipt 4 days from when I posted it.

Actually I checked my seller level and I had one take a week to arrive, they pulled it from the tracking. eBay removed the defect so no harm done.

My veiw they have impilimented the postge on 3 days a week monday wednesday Friday on LL/L without permission from the the Government . Hence delays of a few days.

If you look at the postal regulator performance reports for Royal Mail then it's clear Royal Mail are falling well short of targets on timely delivery of 1st and 2nd class post and I believe they have been well short of targets for the last few years. (The fines issued to Royal Mail are tiny, so clearly Royal Mail are looking to loosen the standards for letters rather than invest as required to meet them, and it seems to me the regulator is OK with that and/or government won't agree the postage increases that would be needed to cover that investment)
That said, my experience is that I have posted plenty of first class items that arrived next day. So missing targets doesn't mean that nothing is on time. Secondly, if we consider other economy options e.g. Evri or Yodel those services are not fast and have delays too.
I do expect that 2nd class gets more of the delays. With "Amazon Prime" delivery expectations of many buyers these days I think it's borderline as to whether 2nd class is usable as a postal service on eBay - 2 or 3 days is fine but a week isn't.
Effectively if you want Royal Mail to reliably deliver on time then you need to use one of their Tracked services. I know that the cost means it's often not feasible on low value items.

I'm still waiting for an item I purchased, 2nd Class untracked, on September 15. The EDD was September 21.
I see our postie every day, so it's not caught up in 'service issues'.
It's a UK seller, but some negs say 'Waited ages because it was shipped from China not the UK'.
Maybe my item is slowly making its way from China.

I would suggest, talking to our local posties a couple of weeks ago, it was on a Tuesday that they still had letters and large letters in their sorting office from the Thursday of the previous week. They openly admit Tracked parcels are given priority by management.
If they are a post man/lady down Royal Mail don't put extra cover in for the day, the vans our posties have are continually breaking down, some of them 10+ years old and looking like they have been banger racing in them.... The posties are disillusioned by RM's performance, and now to top it all they are threatening AGAIN to close our local sorting office, after a repreive 15 months ago and being assured that for the "foreseeable" future nothing would happen..... Right now our 7 posties are ready to walk....... the regional sorting office where they collect mail from were dropping 15 rounds a day due to lack of staff......

Sadly royal mail do not consider that late, 8 working days is the rule of thumb.
I would open a case before time the end of this month. Easily closed if it turns up you seem a reasonable person.
Unlike the ( I want to swear but will resist) lovely lady that left me a negative a month after delivery no case, no message just straight in. Clearly didn't read the listing terms i accept returns for any reason no arguments.
