This is just another one of those businesses not complying with the Consumer Rights Act - 2015, nor with eBay policy, to avoid fees. As eBay will neither police nor enforce the law or their own policies more fool them; fee avoidance is obviously not a priority. They have, in the past, had a presence on Etsy.
With regard the food items they appear to be one of many companies who simply compile hampers for onward sale or take orders on a commission basis for a third party. The food items are produced by reputable food manufacturers.
This 'business' has a website (not under its eBay trading name) and has a physical presence in Earlsdon, Coventry where it runs private themed parties (tea parties, Halloween, baby showers, etc.), sells themed gifts as well as curios, antique glassware, antique, etc. On the basis of the parties it almost certainly will be registered with the local health authority.
Although its food listings come with a no returns policy, as perishable foods, they are exempt from the requirements to have a returns policy. This does not apply however to the other items listed whereby the no returns would be non-compliant with Consumer Rights legislation. The absence of contact details, which can only be applied on a business registration, is also illegal.
Does anyone care? .......... well not until there is a problem.
