I had a parcel with Royal Mail booked for collection as no car today. I had also sold another parcel today as a 48hr Tracked which I was going to take to PO tomorrow. Postman spotted it and said he could scan and take it too. Great I thought - job done!
However, when I looked at my orders page it said the 2nd parcel had been posted, collected and... delivered today!!
Thankfully RM's own tracking site had the correct information i.e. collected and on it's way.
How can eBay's system have it so wrong and of course buyer might not be too pleased. I've messaged to explain.
Anyway, wondered if anyone else had had same experience?
