Revising postage and payment

I want to put postage option and extra payment method on my listing but it won't let me do this in revise an item

You have listed the exhaust in the motor vehicle category as if it is a car using a classified ad.  It should be listed in parts and accessories.

I am not sure you can make any changes to a classified ad.
