Return to Sender (before delivery/as a Seller)

Long story short I had a buyer pecking my head this morning about some listings I had for sale. The type who makes multiple purchases in quick succession, usually just after you've shipped a purchase to them.

Unfortunately on this occasion, while they made several purchases this morning, I failed to notice one of the purchases was from another buyer, and as such I inadvertently shipped 3 purchases to the buyer of 1 item (relatively low value £10/12 pc games).

Realising my error shortly after dropping the package off, can anyone advise what is the quickest/most efficient way to have the package returned to me? Evri label was purchased via Packlink so I'm reliant on a chat bot to escalate and 24hr turnaround for something more concrete. I've done a few Google searches and can't find anything conclusive. Both buyers are GSP and I've refunded the buyer who won't receive the games and contacted the one who will to advise of the issue.

Frustratingly when I dropped a subsequent package off an hour or so later, I was probably only a few feet from the erroneous package. However I know from experience when I buyer asked to cancel, once they're in the network it isn't as simple as the shopkeeper voiding the check-in.

I think the only way you will get it back is if you ask the buyer to return it and pay the postage upfront for the return.

I was wondering if buyer could put Item not as described. But then eBay would prompt me to provide full refund and cover postage. It's not really worth it if that's the case. By all accounts Evri do offer return to sender but providing it's before it reaches GSP hub.
