1. Long standing and imo it doesnt work, the threads on the forum/weekly chat would agree. Why would'nt a person checking think that some of the reports 10k inventory, 10k feedback etc etc, not be business? Lomng history of failing
2. Issued by the 'Compliance Department' no one can communicate with, tried the new appeals process, nothing, no communication, CS unable to communicate with. Just told to use the appeal form, no ones dealing with it
3. New feedback removal request, this made the penny drop, the appeals team told me to complete the form and advised me it will probably fail, another poster today said the same, on two occassions two agents Dublin and Appeals department it should be removed, two of the usually better dept's Didnt happen. When I went back to question the appeal (numerous occassions) I was met with script like 'Doesnt meet the criteria, Doesnt meet the criteria from the normal CS, again ready and prepared
4. EDD's - Has to be AI a human can not be resposnsible for such a mess
Could be more, would explain a lot, they are the ones that jump out, with the rise in wetwipes for Feedback issues, and work created by GPSR AI does make sense at seller expense. Anyone have insight?
