I refunded a buyer full amount, which from my end said it is complete, end of. That was 20th December. I have been contacted today, by the buyer who says she has not received the refund. I've re checked and the status says, item refunded. Nothing I can action or do. I even tried contacting e bay, which you can't do, and anything I look at starts from the buyers point of view.
I've told the buyer to re check her accounts and there is nothing I can do from this end.
Any suggestions?

It can anything up to 7 days for a refund to show back in a buyers account, generally it's between 3-5 days, often a lot quicker, It all depends on their payment method.
I would expect this to be longer due to the weekend and bank holidays, the buyer will see the refund any day now back in their account
As long as it's showing as refunded on your account there is nothing you can do the refund has been sent, there is literally nothing you can do to speed the process up.

If your buyer paid by credit card it can take up to 30 days to go back to that card
