When returning faulty items always open a case and wait for a pre-paid return label which the seller is required to send you.
There are options to get a QR code and have the label printed by the Post Office so you do not need a printer to return items
As you did not use the Money Back Guarantee label there is no way to get your postage back, as you should not have paid it in the first place
Sellers pay to return faulty items by sending you a pre-paid label or QR code to use to get a label printed at the post office.
You cannot reclaim postage if you chose not to use this option, sorry
