The Frugi one is more in demand. Given the amount of used dresses listed in this size, it would take over 18-months' to sell all the ones currently on eBay. There are over 1100 Seasalt dresses in that size/condition, so you will probably have to wait longer there. That's fine, but it means you will have to be patient for the right Buyer to come along. In the meantime it might be worth taking photos in front of a light or white background, when the clothing and the background colour are so similar, it is easy to scroll past.
