Problems again with eBay/Pitney Bowes tracking not updating when GSP item has been delivered

I have a few GSP items I sold last month that have no update since July 30 re tracking - even clicking on the tracking number which takes you to Pitney Bowes' website for tracking shows no update, but I just got feedback from a buyer who received one of the items. Anyway, just a heads up...

AH! I might be experiencing the same problem. 

It shows ;    Mon 27 Oct . 3:38pm . Parcel Received in Hub   and posted to buyer on the eBAy tracker, but nothing more - not  even  "out for delivery yet ,and it's now nearly 3 weeks since it was posted (UK to IE). 

However the Buyer has NOT opened any query nor contacted me for non delivery (although i think that with this new Simple Delivery / GSP you do not get any direct correspondence in the instance of  dispute, only notified byeBay that there was a Refund or such.. Would that be right?

I think the SD procedure differs from business sellers sending via GSP. Just checked one of my overseas parcels and I had 25 tracking updates from hub to delivery.
