Hello,
Can we ask for help?
We are from the Czech Republic and until recently (November) it was possible to go to ebay.com, now it automatically redirects us to ebay.de
Unfortunately, nothing works, you can't edit items, make lists, add new titles.
We tried it through ebay.co.uk, but the result is the same.
Unfortunately, it prevents us from selling and now before Christmas it's a problem.
Thank you
KrakovskaMusic

This isn't eBay customer services, it's just a forum for the pl3bs.
You need to go through the usual eBay 'contact us' channels.
p.s I cannot BELIEVE that 'pl3bs' is considered an offensive word 😂

If you are using Safari and getting automatically redirected, try a different browser such as Chrome.

Yes, I know, but sometimes pl3bs is more helpful than customer service. 🙂
Customer servis navigation map and chat bot could not manage our problem, so we came here.

This can be true for some things 😁
Customer servis navigation map and chat bot could not manage our problem, so we came here.
Fair enough, I'm out of suggestions but you never know, welcome!

Hi, it's not problem of browser, we tried few of them.
At least one user has indicated switching to Chrome allowed going to ebay.com again without being redirected to the German site.
