Does anyone know how to turn off returns not acceptable for all listings instead of one by one?
Ebay does not have seller protection the only protection is don't accept returns but be prepared to receive negative feedback back from window shoppers... They keep posted , deduct postage from cleared funds then give it back after delivery of the item. Postage is for a service that is immediate! Someone has to deliver that item whether it's wanted or not. The buyer wants the item, they pay shipping. If the decided later that they don’t want it, they are legally liable for both outgoing and return shipping and return should be for the product cost only not the whole thing. Ebay policy does not allow this so take hid do not accept returns be content with negative feedback at you are not shot changed.

Please read Ebay's policy on when an ebay business account is needed, and also the responsibilities of a business seller under consumer law. You may find that information relevant.
Some of it is reproduced on your other thread.

Go to account settings under your username, seller preferences, return preferences.

You may as well accept change of mind returns. At least then the buyer pays the postage. Otherwise the buyer may claim INAD and force you to accept the return. As well as giving you a neg.

There is a school of thought that says not accepting returns just means you always pay for returns and invite damaged goods and negativity as a claim of ‘not as described’ cannot be refused.
I accept returns and the buyers buy with confidence, pay for their own returns, send goods back in good condition and leave me positive feedback. Win, win, win….win.
Window shoppers, renters and bad eggs are just a part of selling online. ‘No returns accepted’ means nothing unless the buyer actually believes it.
