AI, as is the case is taking over and eBay are a great supporter of this "technology". The human brain, the most wonderful "computer" is being made redundant by AI. So AI has now taken over where our brains used to do all the thinking and in this case, how to use the most appropriate packing, post using the most appropriate postal service.
