Posting an item via DPD

Hi. I'm listing some hifi speakers and ebay tells me that the items are not eligible for Simple Delivery. It recommends DPD plus other couriers. Having previously sent items via DPD using their app they always ask for the recipients email address and phone number. I dont think ebay normally provide a buyer's email address so not sure how I will be able to send it . Cheers

Re: Posting an item via DPD

Once a transaction is in place you can ask the buyer for their contact details.

You can see the buyer's contact telephone number and an eBay-aliased email address in the sales record.

Give me ambiguity or give me something else.

Re: Posting an item via DPD

Once an item has sold, you can contact the buyer for any details, such as an e mail address, without breaking any rules. As they will not be sent with SD, I would assume the name and address will be on the order details.

Re: Posting an item via DPD

If you open 'order details' on the order the buyers email (eBay one) and phone number are on the right hand side of the page on a laptop.  You have to click on Show Contact Info just above the Message Buyer button.  You can copy and paste this email and phone number into the DPD website.

Also, I forgot DPD are now available via Packlink. You can purchase the label via eBay which means you don't need to obtain any details from the buyer at all.

Give me ambiguity or give me something else.
