Yes, eBay just changed it so you can use Custom Postage for items £20 and under. There are instructions on these Selling Boards if you need them.

You can search these boards for ways to opt out. They seem to boil down to four:
- Starting the listing as £20 or under 'large letter'.
- Starting the listing as oversized.
- Starting the listing as overpriced above £800.
- Switching to a Business Account.
Again you can search this Board for detailed instructions.
A majority of Sellers didn't want to try Simple Delivery, myself included, but it really is better for most things! So I want to encourage you to use it a few times. Then you can make an informed decision. With SD your Buyer pays less for a book's postage. It goes Tracked 48 so they receive their item faster. It is automatically covered for up to £750 (instead of Royal Mail's standard £20 untracked or £75 T48). And if it is damaged or lost then eBay refunds the buyer and you keep the funds from the sale! Plus eBay protects you from delivery related Negative/Neutral feedback.
