An international seller (outside of the UK) made an offer, which I accepted. Usually this automatically takes payment from the buyer and sale is finalised.
However this time, the item is marked as sold, item is removed from active listings but I am still awaiting payment?
Is this normal with international buyers?
I've had this before and it confused me. I cancelled the sale because... Well... There was no sale and I don't reserve items not knowing if the buyer will actually pay or not. Low and behold, I got bad feedback.
How long should I wait for payment / communication.
And why does the automatic payment not seem to work for accepted offers from international buyers?

Is the buyer in the USA? If so they may be blocked from paying because there is a problem due to Trump's tariffs. See this:
In any case if they don't pay issue an Unpaid Item cancellation after 4 complete days. More info:

Just because you haven't been paid doesn't' mean E-Bay haven't taken the money from the buyer and are sitting on it.

On what date did they make the offer?

Notwithstanding the GSP thing which is probably the issue here ...
I do find that with international sales it can take up to 24 hours before the sale is marked as paid. I've never seen it take longer. More usually though would be a couple of hours.
