New system not paying out

Hi has anyone had the same issue as me I've been selling for 10 years 100 per cent feedback and over 500 followers under the new system I had to wait 48hrs for payment I had 10 items delivered on Monday all good and left positive feedback however I never received my funds in my ebay balance contacted customer services which was no help they said your items havnt been delivered yet yet all my items had been I was then told to give them screenshot of proof that my items were delivered which I did it clearly shows delivered and proof via feedback and photos yet they still haven't released my funds has anyone had the same problem

Feedback does not release payment **YET** but will do in the near future

At the moment, you either need to prove delivery with a tracking or delivery confirmation number 

Feedback and photos does not help

You need tracked proof

If the items are sent untracked then funds are released 14 days after payment was made 

This will change **soon** for items under £10 where feedback will release funds, but this system is not yet in operation. No date has been given for when the change will take place and allow feedback to release funds

Your current items say you send by Tracked 48

Did you send these items tracked?

If so you need to upload the tracking numbers to each item listing so eBay can see the item are delivered

Sometimes the eBay system is slow to update and show delivery even though RM is showing delivered

It may update at midnight* 

*Not necessarily our midnight, the midnight where ever the computer is with the data on it
