New selling rules

Does anyone else on here have issues with sales having plummeted since the new, free selling and postage rules have come in, I am struggling with eBay throwing out multiple items and forcing me to then pay to relist each item , I have been reduced from a thousand listings to less than 300 and now cannot send with my preferred provider because eBay have taken choice away from the seller

If you list your items in a Buy it Now format and not in auction format then if they do not sell,  they will relist after 30 days and will not be counted in your monthly 300 free listings.
