On the HUb hover over the Payments Tab, choose 'Summary'. There is a big blue banner with your Balance in, click the arrow on the right hand side and it opens up the box to say how much you want to withdraw.

To add to others have said when the pop up box appears you may need to scrool down until you see the blue box that says Withdraw. Click on it and type in the amount you want to take out. And once you done it eBay will send the money straight to your bank account. It is usually straight away though it can take up to 4 days in some cases.

Nope, still nothing there

I get the blue banner and arrow, but no sign of a withdraw tab !!!!

What pop up box, where is is that?

You are a new seller, perhaps the relevant boxes only appear once your first payment has cleared from a payment hold.

Hi in transactions it says it says one of the payments is available but no way of getting the money.
I have asked a family member that frequently sells on here and they have the same problem, so it can't be anything to do with being new.

Sorted I opted out of seller hub and can now see the buttons.

Yeah, I hated the seller hub too and opted out of it months ago.

I was having the same problem. Have followed advice and opted out as well and have now been able to withdraw funds. It does say in their help notes that it is in my eBay and seller hub so something is obviously wrong with their system.

There's a direct link on here for anyone still having problems:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/selling/getting-paid/getting-paid-items-youve-sold?id=4814#section2
Under the heading Payouts on Demand > Payments tab > Withdraw.

Nope. Not working for me. I am not opted in to Seller Hub. I have a blue box showing cleared funds with no Withdrawn Button. Pressing the arrow brings up a pop-up which tells me all the ways I can use these funds within Ebay.

Click on the arrow in the blue box then a pop up window should open titled Ebay Balance and at the bottom a button that says Withdraw.
I imagine you click on that and it sends the money to your bank account. I don't know for sure as I haven't sold anything since the change so I don't have any money to withdraw.

Didn't read your post properly, it is at the bottom of that pop up that there should be a button that says Withdraw and the amount that is available to withdraw. It might be that even though you have money in your balance it is not avaiable to withdraw yet and the button might be greyed out.

The way I read it was that there is a two day pause between the sale / payment by the buyer before the request withdrawal become an option.
I took it that if I sold an item on 17/10 the Withdraw Funds button would not appear until 19/10.
I could well be wrong though??

I sold an item late last night, and the funds for it, were available for me to withdraw if I wished to, in the early hours of this morning.
It's all a learning curve for all of us at mo. 😊

I had to enter the amount I wanted to withdraw
