New payment rules

I Thought that you were meant to have your payment two days after tracked items were received. All the items that I’ve posted out since the beginning of February were tracked. They are all logged as received on the Royal mail website, and I still haven’t received any money. what kind of new joke is this on Ebay’s part ?

They have to be logged as deilvered on ebay to get the money released but they are having problems with it.  You can contact them to get it using callback on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
Or wait and it should be released anyway after 14 days.    There's also a possibility that as a new seller ebay have put your money on hold for 30 days but you should have been informed about that.
