My Account This Morning Said my Selling Performance was TOP RATED SELLER This Was at 9:15am

Then within an Hour HOping to use all Selling Tools i Find Out that it changes to Below Standard i am So Confused as i had Done 400 Sales within 3 Months which i was told too do so my Account Performance would be looked at within that time frame so for nearly a month it said on my account my performance will be Top Rated Seller on the 20th August Now its Below Standard which i have contacted Ebay Customer Service its really Stressing me Out and Affecting my Mental Health because this is affecting my Business and selling I need Help too Resolve this Issue Please

I can see only 330 sales since 22nd of May.

My Account Said TOP RATED SELLER on my Seller Performance This Morning at 9:15am which should of been today and then at 10:30am it Changed too Below Standard I am Confused Why This Has Happened after i was Told that a Number of Times my Account was going too be Top Rated Seller each time i called up over the Month

What was your seller rating before 9:15am this morning?

Your seller rating and the reason(s) for being Top Rated, Above Standard or Below Standard should be shown on this page. If you're rated Below Standard either your "transaction defect rate" and/or "cases closed without seller resolution" are too high. Nothing counted in any of the other metrics (nor what a customer service rep tells you) will make any difference.

The 20th of month is review day. My personal opinion is that you have received 1 too many negative feedbacks (latest within the last month) and ebay has had to step in more than once. To improve this each sale you make now has to be flawless. Any problem flagged up by a buyer you need to act on and not leave it for ebay to step in. You can’t afford any more to occur. It may take a while to reverse this unless you have a bunch of cheap items that would sell fast.
