Had a seller contact me today asking me to mark an item as recived so they can get paid out, the item arrived probably over a week or more ago. But the RM tracking does not show it as delivered.
I can't do anything to help the seller.
Ebay need to sort this out with RM as it's an utter farce.
Personaly don't use RM and it seems justified with all these complaints.
At least Evri drivers have to mark something delivered to get paid!

The seller will get paid, when depends on the hold reason - simple delivery or new seller hold or other- can't give you any further info because we do not know why the seller's funds are held

The only thing you can do, if you have not done so already, is to leave feedback. If you can add a photo of the item, which you can now do in feedback, this will help. The seller can then use this to ask Customer Service to release the funds. The photo is proof that you do have the item - Customer Service will otherwise say that you probably left the feedback pre delivery by mistake. Or at least that's what they told me.
It's happened to me as a seller 3 times now - I have to wait for 14 days after due delivery date before I can start the conversation. And apparently it is only valid for items under £10.

Seller registerd in 2004
RM website showed delivered 27th
Feedback was left by me on 27th
This is just ebay not working.
I took it into my own hands and contacted CS , took about 30 mins of back and forth before whilst they misunderstood the issue, looked a the wrong item, did not read the chat history, did not look at the item refernced in the start of the chat , etc....
Eventualy they said they had released the funds to the seller.
If they are going to impose sanctions on people then they should be 100% sure their systems work spot on.

It's the insane tech new world we live in...
I just witnessed whilst waiting for someone a person tapping away for 15 minutes on their mobile phone
trying to get a parking ticket from a machine they were standing in front of when they could have just put in a couple of coins..

Parking was free for the first 30 mins ?
Tapping the phone wouldn't help when the motorist only wanted 30 mins - putting coins in would have given the motorist longer than wanted - it was asking for the car registration number to issue the ticket ?
Plausible but a load of ----------cks

the chat agent raise my complaint about this "tracking issue"
An ebay """""Specialist"""""" revierwd the complaint and closed it...
Obvioulsy there is no desire to ensure sellers who are now stuck with faulty processes are protected from ebays own failure..
Glad I dont use RM myelf...
