Microdeposits Not Received After Name Correction & Adding New Bank Informations

Hi eBay Community,

 

I’m reaching out because I’ve been having an ongoing issue with receiving microdeposits to verify my bank account, and I’m hoping someone can help or point me in the right direction.

 

About a month ago, I linked a bank account for payouts, but I never received the microdeposits. After contacting eBay support, I was told it would be resolved. Later, I discovered that the name on the bank account didn’t match the name on my eBay account. I corrected the name mismatch, and eBay confirmed that the issue was fixed.

 

However, I still haven’t received any microdeposits — it’s been another week since the correction. I even tried adding a different card/bank to trigger a new verification, but still nothing.

Because of this issue, all of my listings have been taken down, and I can’t sell until it’s resolved. I’ve contacted support again, but I haven’t gotten a clear answer.

 

Can anyone from eBay support here or any community members please help me get this resolved? I just want to verify my bank account and get back to selling.
