Message saying buyer cannot pay as seller doesn’t post to your country

Hey all buyer is getting the below error message. They live in Germany and i use the EBay global shipping program so I don’t know why it’s saying that I won’t ship to their country. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks

There seems to be some ongoing problems with the GSP, for various reasons. Might be worth having a look at some of the other posts on the forum about this issue.
