Making a refund

An item was returned to me, correctly. I'm trying to make the refund but the Ebay system won't let me. (The money is in my account, before you ask!) 

Is it me or is there a current fault with Ebay?

Someone else has said the same thing today so it could be a glitch.   You're trying to refund via the return case?

Yes, to refund a return.

After a session of 'live chat' the refund was made. But I soon discovered that my seller fees had not been returned to me. Another session, this time by phone, got the fees paid back. (About £40 in fact.)

I'm mentioning this so that if another seller has to ask Ebay to organise a refund, remember to remind them about the fees.
