Loosing sales as i can not combine postage

Yes, when a buyer buys multiple items of offers i have sent them, they have to pay postage for each one, crazy, i can not combine postage and they can not combine.

I say i will refund the excess but a lot of buyers have trust issues and will not proceed.

This is costing a lot of sales, why is this the case, it needs sorting and fast.

I will be over the moon if there is a way round this and someone lets me know but i am really not happy about it, this is too far.

They are sabotaging their own business, whilst the opposition markets leap on ahead

It is all very strange, how do they get to make these decisions, its like they are sabotaging their own site, when with all the fierce competition around, you really would think they would be more pro active to stay in the top of the markets

Still loosing sales every day because of this and the extra work load caused trying to get these multi sales to work is just slowing me down, this is not the way to build trust with buyers or to do business at all, its a not very funny joke.

Just received another message from a buyer saying they would buy multiple items if it wasnt for the high postage costs, lots of time wasting trying to convince them i will return the excess postage or go to the trouble of making a new listing with one postage cost? should i be suffering this when i pay £525.00 a month just for the store that should be sorting this, and thats in addition to all the fees when items sell ?????

What on earth is going on?? Where here to sell and promote sales, this is dumb
