Keep having buyers say can not bid says no postage to there country , 2 from Germany saying no provision to pay contact seller, I have global shipping so there should be no problem. Also looked the tracking of buyers who are not allowed to bid and there is one there from France says country I do not post to yet again I use eBay global shipping.. is this another bug , 3 potential buyers stopped from bidding on my items

Well I just sold an item to Australia .. the buyers says I do not post to his country and asks me to send invoice    ??? when I try to send invoice it says ebay are sending invoice as I use simple shipping / So buyer can not pay I can not send invoice . Buyer can not get his item I can not get paid // The ebay system is just so full of bugs . 2 buyers said could not bid as they are in Germany // One in France saying can not bid //Now Australia can not pay I CAN not even take over the postage as Ebay do not allow it with simple delivery  / EBAY GLOBAL SHIPPING or WHOLE ebay system is getting to be just Unworkable // THE box for global shipping is TICKED . I also sold a lot to use this morning it let me get a post label for the lot ///

Yes, it is all very frustrating. Posting with the GSP seems to be fraught with problems at the moment. I think shipping to the US via the GSP is still suspended due to the tariff situation, but I don't know what the problem is with the other countries.

I suppose Simple Delivery now has to be used for the postage to the UK GSP centre, but I assumed you could still post directly by Royal Mail International etc, if you wanted to. Did you mean you tried to 'add other postage services', but were not able to?

No doubt there will be some sort of 'new' GSP coming along, sooner or later... 😱

I had this issue when Simple Delivery AKA Not So Simple Delivery started affecting some of my listings via GSP. I had to look at the listing a customer was asking about and it was caused by shipping via Evri to the GSP hub. I deselected the global Evri, Royal Mail only and that fixed my issue

I'm also having this exact same issue with some of my listings that should be available via GSP. Only show as posing to UK. Extremely frustrating! Trying to complete a sale with a buyer from Singapore and it's impossible at the moment.

Shipping to US is fixed, was sorted last week or the week before, you just need to add the country of manufacturer in and then its sorted. 

This issue is a whole other problem now.

I have just had a buyer fro Italy saying he can not bid  /// I got a call from ebay last night I told them what was happening he said he had brought the problem to the attention of the IT department  that was 8.00 o'clock last night // so I have Germany  Italy France Australia that can not bid OR PAY on my items . As I Had Australian he manage to buy item then could not pay //// ITS amazing how the people running the site Can MAKE so many mistake and THEY STILL EMPLOYED

I am having trouble with Germany Australia France and Italy . I spent 20 minutes on the helpline last night guy said her had also had people in Austria and he had reported it to ebay IT guys that was nearly 24 hours ago still getting problems with people not being able to bid /// Seems if you are incompetent You are guaranteed a job with EBAY because they seem to blunder from one mess to another . If they had jobs working for good companies they would have been sacked
