Item is heavier than the 2kg label provided by ebay

I have sold an item that weighs nearly 3kg but the ebay label it gives me to print off is only upto 2kg and i can't seem to change it, Any help will be much appreciated

I have looked at your sold listings and it looks like you sold it using ebay's "simple delivery" service.

when you made the listing, if you left the package size/weight as ebay's recommended size/weight and didn't manually change it yourself, it doesn't matter if it weighs more. You can send it as long as it is within the size and weight that the courier accepts

'You can send it as long as it is within the size and weight that the courier accepts' . But the label you got I presume is up to 2Kg, so don't use that or your recipient may get a an over-weight charge and fee, and may leave bad feedback or refuse the parcel.

I have decided to refund the buyer as it seems he may have to pick it up from his local delivery office and pay an extra charge, I risk negative feedback but to be honest I am beyond caring and have decided I'm done with eBay  , it shouldn't be this difficult I've had enough, Good luck everyone
