Item delivered, positive feedback received,tracking not updated = no money

I’m sure this is happening a lot. 
sent my item on 11/07/25 delivered with proof on 14/07/25 (parcelforce tracking) and positive feedback received but not showing as delivered on eBay = no payment. Contacted customer services twice, useless generic scripted responses and no idea when it ll get paid. Can anyone help please? Thanks JJ

Without tracking updating you will receive the payment in 14 days.

If it happens a lot then the basis of sd is scuppered 

why the enfircement to send tracked when both tracked and untracked items are scanned or not scanned if you see what I mean

Think its 8 days if tracked but not showing as delivered

I registered with eBay when i lived in nz although it says Australia but have been back in the uk since

2011. I have contacted the customer support team and they’re still saying it’s not registering as delivered even though if you click on tracking it has been and I have positive feedback. Absolutely pointless wasting time trying to get them to understand as they all say the same thing
