Is the customer paying for return postage?

Have had a return (for some coasters) - reason 'Doesn't fit', with the comments from customer 'hi i am sorry to say these are too big for my needs'

This is depsite the title and listing stating the dimensions. Hey ho, it happens.

How can I find out if I have been charged for the return or the customer?

"Doesn't fit" is a change of mind reason so buyer pays return postage.
