Hi
I have recently sold a console. All is great and payment received, no issues. However, I now have positive feedback but the purchaser made a complaint about cosmetic damage and said I don’t respond to complaints. The ebayer never once messaged me and/or responded even to my messages to keep them updated on the sale.
whilst it’s a positive feedback it’s also negative. How do I go about removing this as id rather not have the comment/feedback at all.
thank you.
PS if the person in question had messaged me I’d have sorted the issue

Postive f/b cannot be removed but you can put a reply on it from your f/b page, on the right of the comment.

Personally, I'd leave it well alone. Whole can of potential worms there.
Adding a feedback comment just highlights it, and if your buyer takes umbrage they're still within eBay's returns period, so may decide to return the console at your expense.

'Personally, I'd leave it well alone...'

Yes, I think so too.
And to add, many people don't read the comments on positive feedback. The green dot is all a lot of people want to see!

Hi wato104, thanks for your post.
If the feedback is still there, and you believe it is incorrect/a mistake and want it removed, please let me know the item number just to confirm, and I could send it for review for you. 👍
Thank you,
Marco

A few weeks ago I got a very unfair and scathing feedback left on a green dot removed just by using livechat and explaining to the agent in clear language what the problem was.
They first said just go to the area where you can request feedback removal but that only works for negative and neutral (red and grey dots) so I persevered and pointed that out, clarifying that this is a BAD feedback on a GREEN dot and that I was concerned about it affecting future sales.
The agent said, yes, I see now…it was sent for review straight away and the text was removed within the hour, leaving the green dot. It could be worth a try?
