Hello. I understand that links to external sites are prohibited. But what about external images pulled from other sites? For example I have my own online store and I would like to embed images, logos, etc... from it. They would be clickable but the buyer would never leave the ebay.

You can have links to other areas of eBay, such as your "about us page" or all your listings in your ebay shop.
Just remember that if you link to items for example, then your need to re-edit every listing to remove it etc.. so its best to only use static links.
Also, remember that not everyone looks at the description.
Ofc nothing that is external like your website, social media or other selling platforms.
