Sorry, I'm not clear what your post is about.
Do you think that you're being witty/funny?
Constructive and clear criticism can be useful, but that's just absolutely pointless.

I do apologise. I shall refrain from interrupting your working day on this forum.
oh and
Do you think that you're being witty/funny?
No and i'm not sure why you think it's funny. I think ignorance causes something... but I don't work here and owe no one anything. "Ah, we see you have been an ebayer for 10 years, thank you for you're loyalty, we're going to lie to you and ignore you as a thank you." - if that wasn't true, it could be seen as funny. But if its true and funny, that would only be to people who are paid to be here.
Constructive and clear criticism can be useful, but that's just absolutely pointless.
So a customer can't explain why they are unhappy because that tells you they are unhappy which is not wanted. Unless it is accompanied by an explanation that you deem worthy.
Yea.... no.
Please don't get a job working for emergency services. You won't be able to help people unless they give you a written essay first. Dunno who you think you are talking to.

When I saw you had replied I had hoped that you might have provided an explanation for your opening post, that showed what you were getting at, but instead you just attacked another poster, classy, not.
For example, what do you mean by 'that caption'?

No one here is getting paid. We come here to try and help people but if you aren't going to explain wat the problem is we can't help.
And it doesn't help when you rubbish another responder, especially one who is trying to help.

Seriously, nobody knows what you're trying to get across here.
Your question title is "I think this says it all" but nobody knows what it is you're trying to get across.
And this:
So a customer can't explain why they are unhappy because that tells you they are unhappy which is not wanted. Unless it is accompanied by an explanation that you deem worthy.
Yea.... no.
Yes, absolutely give constructive criticism to eBay when required, it's all most useful, to them but that caption you're referencing:
'tried to help but you ignored me, so you need to pay me to ignore me again.'
What does that mean, even?

Let's get this straight :
What does post one tell you ?
1. Nothing - then it is in your opinion absolutely pointless as the first response rubbished.
2. Something - then it isn't 100% pointless as the first response rubbished.
As for witty / funny... Nope.
If eBay dishes out ignorance... lets all pretend it isn't happening. I mean, has eBay ever got anything totally wrong and everyone has stood together for them to fix it ? I very much doubt it.
and I hate being lied to.

Nope Still no idea what you're talking about.

Nope i have no idea either, try starting from the beginning....
