So I sold an item and the package has been returned to me. But the weird thing is evri has returned the parcel with my partners name on the address who has nothing to do with the eBay account whatsoever. She also received a text/email saying it was coming.
Can Evri assume the recipient of a parcel based off the address and cross referencing it with their database?
