Hi, a buyer wants to return something, using a bs reason, but I know with ebay sellers have zero rights so I accepted the return and sent a label to the buyer through ebay. I think this was a royalmail label. But i didn't see anything about dimensions etc. So my worry is i used evri for delivery because the item was too long for royalmail. So i need to cancel the royalmail label and buy and evri one. But i can't find out anywhere to do it. I have even phoned ebay but the man i spoke to seemed to have no idea and was no help
Any help appreciated
Thanks Mandy

On you Hub page, go down the Orders Column until you get 'Postage Label' near the bottom.
Press & the postage labels you have purchased via eBay will come up & you can cancel there.
The refund takes approx. 14 days as the Royal Mail wait to see the postage label has not been used.

You don't really need to cancel the label purchased through Ebay. They won't charge you for it until/unless it is used.
Make sure you communicate with the buyer.
Let them know the RM label won't cover the item to be posted and that you will provide a new one.

If you have issued an eBay returns label through the return case the buyer opened you don't need to do anything. The item will be returned to you by Royal Mail even though it doesn't fit in the size/weight. It seems to be some agreement eBay have with Royal Mail to handle all their returns. I have had one or two that were well over Royal Mail small parcel size/weight returned on eBay returns labels with no problem. One of them was also sent out with Evri as it was too long for Royal Mail. I was a bit worried like you are until they came back but it was fine.
