Please note that dealing with a return like this is not something we recommend particularly, this is because if something goes wrong, we might not be able to cover any of the parties involved. In cases like yours, the best thing to do to make sure you and the buyer are protected is getting the buyer to open a return request, so they can send the item back to you, once you get the item back, you can refund the buyer if everything is ok. Then you can change/amend the item, and create a listing if necessary, so they can purchase the item again. I understand this process might not be as straightforward, but in this way both parties will be covered by our Money Back Guarantee.
