I’ve sold 2 separate parts recently, packaged both of them in the same box But when they arrived to London on the 11th, it says only one part has been delivered, the one delivered says awaiting funds which should be the 13th but the other one says awaiting delivery but it has been delivered as they was both in the same box!! Is he trying to scam me or something?by not confirming it was delivered how can I sort this? Anyone help? Customer service on here is non existent

It sounds like your buyer knows how to play the system as you will not be able to prove that both purchases were in the same box. Each items needs it's own tracking number unless they paid for both together at the same time under one order.
Have you messaged them to say that you packed both together so the other parts should be in the box?
Here is the number for customer services although don't hold out a lot of hope.

If both items were packed in the same box, it is logical that the eBay tracking would only show one item was delivered. The buyer is probably not aware of this situation, or have they said they only received one part?

'Is he trying to scam me or something?by not confirming it was delivered'
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Unfortuantely there is no 'button' he can push to say it was delivered (there's no 'delivery confirmation process' other than the tracking number updating)
As per cobweb above: I think the best you can do is by asking him (through ebay messaging ) if he's got both items.
Then if you need to talk to CS you do have messages that show that the buyer has it.
If he refuses to play ball, you may be in trouble.

Did you only add the tracking number to one of the sales?
If you had added it to both, both would now be showing as delivered. You can add the same tracking number to multiple orders, as long as they have been bought by the same buyer, and are going to the same address.
I think you're overthinking this. If your buyer hasn't told you he only received one of the orders, you can be pretty sure he received both. There really is no indication here that anything is amiss.

adding to the advice already given -
you have got off the a very bad start as a seller.
Two feedback left, both false positives for the buyer in question, calling the buyer a scammer.
If the buyer reports your feedback you will have problems.
Best to know all the rules.

Add the tracking number to both items on ebay and system will show as delivered. Obv if u have printed a 2nd label for the other package and havent used it, cancel it in the system to get a refund. When u add the tracking to the 2nd item itll all update and unlock funds. Should.
That feedback u left tho......that is the cringiest thing i've ever seen on ebay i have to admit. Buyer doesn't "confirm" delivery apart from leaving positive feedback which they are not required to do at current. Calling ur buyers scammers when they've bought from u and you haven't understood the system is gonna end ur ebay career early. Don't know if u can revise those but id do it asap even if it means u have to accept u left positives before knowing the outcome.
