GSP shipping to Norway under Simple Delivery

Sold a vintage machine part to a buyer in Norway. Sold with Simple Delivery and GSP activated. Buyer cannot pay as no shipping cost is showing his end. No way to enter a figure our end as its 'all dealt with by eBay'. Rang customer services but they could not solve it - said they would ring back but I am not holding my breath! Any thoughts?

You could cancel the transaction with buyer's agreement and relist with direct postage to Europe on your listing for them to buy again.

Will eBay permit that given we 'have' to use Simple Delivery?

Make sure your buyer is purchasing through eBay.com - they will not be able to pay if they are trying to purchase through eBay.co.uk.

SD doesn't apply to overseas postage.
