Forced to use Evri for click n collect

As buyer and seller I am not happy with few things. As a seller I noticed that if I tried to contact the buyer eBay will send an automated message. It is as if they are blocking seller messages.

As a buyer I am not happy with few with the simple delivery from EBay because you can choose your courier. All the click n collect use Evri. What happened to Yodel/inpost and Royal Mail ???? Evri has lost a few of my orders and there is no way contact them👎 I don’t know why people are force to use them. I will not be ordering from EBay if they are using Evri😱

Forced to use Evri for click n collect

May I make one correction and one suggestion?

eBay will send an automated message

This is a pop-up not a message, your messages still go through. eBay are trying to clarify that if a SD item is damaged or goes missing they will send the refund, not you. I agree it could be worded better. 😉

I don’t know why people are force to use them.

You're not forced to use any courier. I have also lived with terrible Yodel delivery service. (Do you know Yodel and EVRI are owned by the same company? ) If I were you I would contact Sellers before buying to ask for the courier that works best.

Evri and Yodel are not owned by the same company.  I don't why you keep stating that.  If you truly believe that to be the case then please provide some evidence to support it.

If you are purchasing from a Private Seller and Simple Delivery is being used then Click & Collect will always be delivery by Evri to an Evri parcel shop.
