Its this account, I think they have just changed their username recently so eBay refers to the old one.
I've noticed a decline but its been longer than a month, there are many reasons behind this but most lie at the door of eBay. Chasing after vinted and depop and not policing their site correctly so a lot of accounts are fraudulently trading. I just bypass personal accounts which look on the scale of probability to be businesses as I feel like I shouldnt be getting charged a buyer protection fee from those accounts, its the same as high fake categories and ones where they look like they could be in China but put British flags all over the pictures.
For many though, eBay is either the last place they now look or sadly they just don't look. They'd rather pay more and buy from somewhere else which is sad but thats how I'm leaning now.
