Reported another 5 listings that are obviously "FAKE" and all ebay say is "Not In Violation".Ebay should look deeper into this problem as more and more fake items are appearing for sale.
When are they going to stop these people from listing what are obvious fakes.Poor buyers at risk yet again.

for the same reason they accept dropshippers, big sellers using stock images or Chinese sellers disguising their true location - profit for ebay

You're reporting the listings to the wrong party. Only rightsholders can enforce their rights via eBay's VeRO program; you can't do it for them. If the rightsholder is unwilling or otherwise disinterested in protecting their own intellectual property you can't do it for them.
The only time eBay will listen to another eBay user is if they're a buyer and have opened a Money Back Guarantee case selecting "Doesn't seem authentic" as the reason. This all but guarantees the buyer will receive a full refund but eBay are unlikely to take action at account level unless the seller receives multiple MBG cases opened against them for that reason.

Don't be so rude - that's a useful and informative post, if not to you then to anybody else who reads this and may be unaware that, because eBay can't see the actual items for sale, they are not going to take notice of a report from somebody who hasn't actually bought the item - reports can be made by somebody who maybe isn't in a position to identify a fake or a competitor, so this is logical.
eBay only take notice from buyers who have purchased the product and opened a return and from the verified rights owner.
Are you using two different eBay IDs to post here?

Sir,,,i'm with you on this issue. I've reported, and spoken directly to ebays rep on the phone at least a dozen times about a fake sculpture STILL FOR SALE on ebay. I KNOW ITS FAKE, BECAUSE I'M LOOKING AT THE REAL ONE AS I TYPE! I've literally screamed at them, giving accurate descriptions on the differences between the genuine article and the fake. EVERY REPLY THE SAME RESULT, they looked into it, and their team said it doesn't break any rules for selling on ebay! Ebay are now as corrupted as the fraudsters selling on it! I'm currently trying to get in touch with the ACTUAL ARTIST, who may be more interested in legal action.

Then perhaps the buying board would have been a more suitable forum for your post?
