Recently sent an item to buyer. First, the item wasn't collected from drop-off shop after 3 days so chased for that. Collected Tuesday. Item going to a work address as that's what was listed. Friday the item was delivered at 7.52am Really!?? Was meant to be Thursday delivery but they missed that window. Great, it finally got to the buyer, except when you look at the delivery image it's some random image of a living room uploaded. Cannot get through to a Evri Live person at all through the call or chat it's impossible. Contacted buyer if received item no response yet. What happens now as delivery image isn't my parcel, even though it claims delivered. Can't connect to Evri live human - how do I bypass it.
