Probably traumatised that poor buyer for life!
Seriously, everyone has taken an angry pill or something and can't just make a polite enquiry about anything any more. I just received a daft low offer for an item I've got listed on my private account in a language I can only describe as gibberish. £175 or Best Offer - 'take twenty' - that's the message, and I've no idea if that's a question or a demand. The listing is set to auto decline offers under £140 and they've already used up their 3 offer chances.

you do realise that you were supposed to deliver it by hand?... 🤣

I trust you've added them to your blocked buyers list? Life's too short to deal with time wasters.

Simple delivery would have avoided that message 😁

Absolutely, plus they can't make any more offers now for that particular item anyway.

I hope you replied take a hike lol

No point doing that, just ignoring them means you're not giving them the attention they desperately crave.

'Simple delivery would have avoided that message'
Simple delivery would have charged more than the price of the keyring... 😄

Obviously it never occurs to people that we can only put items into a mailing system. After that its out of our control. Ive just had a tracked 48 take nearly 2 weeks to arrive. Buyer asked if I could talk to Royal Mail to ‘hurry it up’. Sure, I’ll just grab my hotline 🙄 not only that, the package arrived damaged although the buyer ‘hasnt had chance to check the items yet’. Bets for something/s damaged and they want a refund! Mind you, if he didn’t spend upwards of £100 most weeks I would have blocked him as he has fleeced me before.

After 2 weeks if you file an item claim with royal mail, that does generally " hurry them up"
You shouldn't have to, but it can help

Its a bit pointless really. When I tracked it RM states that its an aim not a guarantee on the delivery time. I may be able to claim if the contents are damage but only if I have proof.
